Beginning at dusk on October 30th & 31st, Downtown Torrington will be a-glow with over a hundred jack-o-lanterns. Stroll Main Street starting at the Academy's parking lot and continue to the library.
Children are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes.
A variety of food trucks will be at the school offering refreshments for purchase. The Republican-American's Community Karen will be with us on October 30th at 5 p.m.
